Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Payment Terms”) govern all payments made to Visionary Vantage Advisory FZE LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for services, consultations, digital products, retainers, projects, or any other business transactions.
By engaging our services or making payment to the Company, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to comply with these Payment Terms.

2. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations, proposals, pricing structures, and service scopes provided by the Company are valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to revision if:

  • Project scope changes;
  • Additional services are requested;
  • Delays occur due to client-side factors;
  • Market or operational costs increase.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit or advance payment may be required before work commences.
  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed invoice schedule.
  • Full payment must be completed within the invoice due date.
  • Payments shall be made in AED unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment
  • Cash deposit
  • Other approved payment methods

4. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, or strategy documents are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
    Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed solely at the Company’s discretion.

5. Late Payments

Failure to complete payment within the agreed period may result in:

  • Suspension of services;
  • Delays in project delivery;
  • Additional administrative charges;
  • Cancellation of ongoing work;
  • Legal recovery action where applicable.
    The Company reserves the right to withhold deliverables, files, strategies, or access until outstanding balances are fully settled.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate billing information;
  • Complete payments on time;
  • Cooperate with requested approvals and project requirements;
  • Inform the Company of any payment issues immediately.
    Any delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines and service delivery.

7. Project Cancellation

If the Client cancels a project after work has commenced:

  • Payments already made shall remain non-refundable;
  • The Client shall pay for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date;
  • Any outstanding balance for completed milestones becomes immediately payable.
    The Company reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, misconduct, or breach of agreement.

8. Retainer Services

For monthly retainers or recurring service agreements:

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed;
  • Unused hours or services do not automatically carry forward unless stated in writing;
  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
    Retainer agreements will require a written notice period for cancellation.

9. Taxes & VAT

All fees and payments are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations. VAT will be clearly indicated on invoices.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
In the event of a payment dispute:

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services immediately;
  • Supporting documents, communications, invoices, and agreements may be submitted to financial institutions or legal authorities.
    Clients are encouraged to contact the Company directly to resolve payment concerns before initiating disputes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Banking delays;
  • Third-party payment gateway failures;
  • Currency conversion fees;
  • Payment processing interruptions;
  • Losses resulting from delayed client payments.

12. Governing Law

These Payment Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Payment Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Payment Terms at any time.
Updated versions will become effective once published or communicated to clients.
